Mental Health Matters.png

mind//shift is one of the UK's friendliest providers of Mental Health First Aid and wellbeing training.

We offer a range of mental health and wellbeing courses to both individuals and organisations, online and face-to-face.

We are associates of Mental Health First Aid England, licensed to deliver the full range of courses on offer.

As a small organisation with minimal overheads, we are able to subsidise our course places, meaning our costs are often lower than other organisations offering the same course. This widens participation with no impact on the quality of what we do.

Our trainers come from across the country, and from a range of different backgrounds, each bringing their unique experience to work with your team.   We've delivered training in the UK's major cities, from London to Leeds and Manchester to Birmingham as well as online.   Good mental health is important wherever you live and work - and our trainers are happy to travel to wherever you need us.

Our learners rate us highly for the quality of training.  We are rated 'Excellent' on Trustpilot.
