The half-day wellbeing course was developed by mind//shift in response to requests for an 'MHFA-lite' in-house training course. An introduction to some basic concepts in mental health and wellbeing, it is the ideal first-step for organisations who want to give their teams some basic information and explore supportive listening skills.
